Your tecnical support (TSR) will be administrated in our TSR reporting system. Our quality department will review your TSR ticket within 1 business day. By then you are able to check the status of your TSR report 24/7 in your My APG Eruope portal on our website. For that reason you need to log in to My APG Pharma with your account before you can submit online your TSR.
